I'm Pooja Katti a design thinker from Bangalore, India. I believe in bridging gaps between user needs and experience. My aim lies in providing a user-friendly product environment in terms of value and visual aesthetics. I am currently working in TCS - Interactive as UI/UX designer. I focus on system design, user research, accessibility, visual design, and experience design.
My design philosophy -
"You cannot understand good design if you do not understand people: Design is made for people." - Dieter RamsI strongly believe in the above quote, a designer needs to follow a solid design process and user research. Understanding user requirements and empathizing are the key ingredients to having a successful product - tangible or intangible. Making a design accessible is another aspect that is necessary to be considered before concluding. Hence, I make sure that my design is user-centric.

Pooja is a truly inspiring individual. Her positive energy shines through each project as pure dedication from start to end. Before engaging in any design activity, she spends time ensuring that she deeply understands the problem. Her commitment to work and passion for design is truly exceptional and I admire them. On top of these great qualities, she is also easy to get along with and humble. I had the absolute luck to work and know her closely. I highly recommend working with her. Any company that hires Pooja would be greatly blessed to have such a dedicated, hard-working strategic thinker on their team.
Pooja is one of the most innovative thinkers who don't look at design as a subject to learn, they use Design as tool to solve the problem from the grassroots. I have seen her working and the clarity with which she works is truly inspiring. Unlike the textbook designers She has the potential to actually come up with the ideas and execute them effectively, she can easily pull off highly critical tasks with ease and i believe she'd be am extremely significant asset to any organization.
